At Instock, our chefs create magical dishes out of food surplus! By putting rescued products on the menu, we can fight food waste in a delicious way. What can you expect? Well, a crooked carrot suddenly becomes a carrot cake and too tiny Brussels sprouts are turned into kimchi to go with your burger. The menu can vary since we cook with ingredients that we have in stock. This means every visit will be full of tasty surprises! If you don’t eat meat or fish, that’s no problem.
